Here’s what’s involved in taking a challenge

Taking a challenge involves selecting specific health and fitness actions that you commit to doing for a period of 21 days. Simply buy a challenge, choose your actions, complete the sign up form, and submit. We then set up your actions on your own online dashboard, where you can track your progress daily.

Costs less than a latte

Each challenge costs $3.00. This covers our cost to manually setup each challenge. Not bad considering it only costs you $1.00 a week to establish new habits that will improve the quality of your life. Besides, studies show that people value something less if it costs them nothing. And that’s true!

The magic of 21 days

Many years ago a plastic surgeon developed a theory that 21 days played a key role in habit formation, based on his work rehabilitating amputees. There is a very interesting history, and science, behind why 21 days may be significant when it comes to forming a new habit.

You choose your challenge actions

Challenges involve selecting a minimum of 3 and no more than 7 actions. Depending on the challenge there can be as many as 20 action choices, covering a variety of health and fitness issues. Some challenges even give you the option to make one of the actions anything you’d like.

Consider doing a group challenge

Group challenges are great for companies and organizations. Read the steps necessary to organize and setup a group challenge. Once you have organized your challenge and gathered the information needed, complete and submit the form on the “Group Challenge” page.

Origin of the 21 Day Fitness Challenge

The 21 Day Fitness Challenge was developed by Dave Hubbard, America’s Fitness Coach®, in order to help people actualize the health and fitness principals he has taught for over 25 years. Dave’s goal is to help people develop new healthy habits they can stick with for the rest of their life.
