It’s really not as complicated as it might seem, to lose weight, get in better shape, eat healthier, or sleep longer. It’s simply a matter of changing your behavior. But only you can do it! Behavior modification is never the result of a single action, but rather the result of consistently doing, or not doing, the things you want to change. Success depends on focus, consistency, and accountability. That’s where we come in. The 21 Day Fitness Challenge is the world’s simplest, and most powerful performance and accountability platform. We focus on changing behavior, not temporarily, but for life!
Here’s how it works. First, you choose up to seven actions, each of which is something that you want to do more of, or less of, on a daily or weekly basis. You can choose from any of our actions, in the categories of exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle. Or, you can create your own actions. Every day you will receive an email reminding you to score your progress on your personal dashboard. Your goal is to score 100 points per week, for a total of 300 points over your 21 day challenge.
So if you’re looking for a simple and easy way to change a few things in your life, to be healthier and happier, you won’t find anything more practical or effective than our 21 day challenge.
