Our program is built with 4 basic tenets:

1) Nutrition and Supplements
We provide you with a menu to follow based upon your goal: Fat loss or muscle gain. Then we give you a cookbook, a journal, and tons of meal prep hacks! We know that abs are made in the kitchen, so you need a solid nutrition plan to follow. Which supplements are ideal for your program? Which companies create quality products? 2) Exercise
We provide you with 21 workout videos to follow. 1 each day. We’ve made this super easy for you, they are 15-20 minutes long, plus warmup/cool down 5 minutes each. Done in 30 minutes! Choose to do them at home with minimal equipment (a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell) or at the gym. Do the workout alongside your virtual instructor!

3) Support and Accountability
We provide you with focus videos to watch and activities to do to help cement your new lifestyle. We also provide additional virtual coaching via 1-on-1 personal training or just video check-ins. Many of our success stories shared that this component was the difference maker for them!

4) Community
Dr Anderson says that you are a product of your environment. Meaning, you need to surround yourself with people who are up to the same high level life improving activities.
